Yes. Base prices listed apply to average-sized pets with a manageable coat. Larger breeds, heavily matted coats, or pets requiring extra handling time may have a small additional charge, which we always confirm with you before starting.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and mobile wallet payments at our downtown Giza studio. Payment is collected after the grooming session is completed and you're satisfied with the results.
Is there an extra fee for de-matting?
Light de-matting is included in the Full Groom and Complete Care packages. Severe matting that requires significantly more time may incur an additional fee, which we'll always discuss with you beforehand.
Can I add extra services to a package?
Yes, add-ons like teeth brushing, deep conditioning, or nail polish for pets can be added to any package for a small additional cost. Just mention your preference when booking.
